Kira Greene Program Coordinator / Staff Naturalist Kira is inspired by the symbiosis of the natural world; she is working on being in a mutualistic relationship with nature (or at least a commensalistic one). Her world travels and background in documentary film add a rich layer of experience to Placer Nature Center. As a lover of the plant kingdom, she might be found in the woods, the garden, or the kitchen. She strives to learn as much as she can from nature, and to share it enthusiastically with her community. A love of gardening and knowledge of video allows us to add depth to our gardens and our virtual activities.
